KUWAIT CITY, Sep 21: A tragic incident occurred in Abdali, where a 5-year-old Kuwaiti child drowned in a swimming pool. According to a security source, the Ministry of Interior’s Operations Room received an urgent call about a child who had been rescued from drowning but was in critical condition. An ambulance was immediately dispatched, and the child was rushed to Jahra Hospital. Despite efforts to resuscitate him through CPR, the child was pronounced dead at the hospital. The incident has been officially recorded at the Jahra Police Station.
