KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: The Residence Investigation Department has taken custody of expats from various nationalities for violating the Residency and Labor Law. The General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigations conducted security measures and campaigns across multiple regions, leading to the arrest of 563 expats from diverse national backgrounds.
The arrests were made as part of heightened security operations in the governorates of Al-Ahmadi, the Capital, Farwaniya, Hawalli, and Al-Jahra. The apprehended violators are currently being handed over to the appropriate authorities to initiate necessary legal proceedings against them in accordance with the law
