The Public Authority for Manpower's June inspections uncover multiple violations.

KUWAIT CITY, July 8: The Manpower Authority has announced the results of its inspection of afternoon work teams conducted from June 1 to 30. The inspections aimed to ensure compliance with labor regulations, particularly concerning work hours during the hottest part of the day.

According to the Authority, a total of 60 sites were inspected. Of these, 68 workers were found present at locations that violated regulations. The inspections revealed that 60 companies were in violation of the rules for the first time. Additionally, the Authority received 40 reports regarding the employment of workers during prohibited afternoon hours.

In a positive outcome, the Authority noted that 50 companies, upon re-inspection, met all requirements and conditions, with no further violations recorded at their sites. This indicates that these companies took corrective measures to comply with labor regulations following the initial inspections.
