67 students deprived from sitting for Grade 12 exams

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 13: The Ministry of Education announced yesterday that 47 Grade 12 students were deprived from answering science section’s physics exam and 20 students from the literary section’s philosophy exam, reports Al- Seyassah daily. Additionally, 1,630 students across both sections were marked absent. This happened as the Grade 12 students proceeded with their exams in an atmosphere of calm and order. Students in the science section appeared for their physics exam, while those in the literary section took their philosophy exam.

Religious education students tackled the Arabic language exam, focusing on grammar and morphology. Commenting on the examination process, Abdul Rahman Al- Jasser, head of the Palestine Secondary School for Boys Committee, affirmed that the exam questions for both sections were appropriate for the students’ levels, with no complaints reported. He emphasized the importance of guiding students to their assigned seats and ensuring they were fully informed about instructions, regulations and laws.

Al-Jasser provided details about the students and committees under his supervision. The school hosted 371 students from the Palestine Evening Center and Al-Tadamon National Secondary School, including 90 literary section students and 281 science section students. They were organized into five main committees and 23 subcommittees. He praised the cooperation and dedication of the educational staff and the support from the Hawalli Educational District, particularly the Secondary Education Supervision Department. Al-Jasser noted their efforts to encourage students to make the most of their time, remain diligent and pursue their academic goals for a brighter future.
