KUWAIT CITY, Jan 3: The General Department of Criminal Investigation, through its Public Morals Protection Department, apprehended seven individuals in the Al-Wafra agricultural area. The arrests were made on charges of manufacturing local alcohol, possession of narcotics for trafficking, and possessing weapons without a license.
During the operation, authorities discovered four barrels and fourteen large bottles containing alcohol, along with ten bags containing narcotics and two air weapons. The individuals were promptly handed over to the relevant authorities to initiate necessary legal proceedings against them. This action is part of the ongoing efforts to monitor and address activities that violate public morals across different governorates in the country.
