KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14, (Agencies): In a remarkable display of success, the "Inspire Kuwait" International Championship for cars and motorbikes wrapped up at the Kuwait City Motor Sports Circuit in the Arifjan area. The event, witnessed by over 15,000 spectators, featured 250 competitors hailing from Kuwait, the Gulf, and various Arab countries.

The winners' circle included Ahmed Al-Anzi, who secured first place in the car category (180), Firas Al-Rifai in the 200 category, Muhammad Al-Abdullah in the 220 category, Yousef Al-Hindi (240 category), Yousef Al-Sayegh (270 category), and Fahd Al-Ibrahim in the electric car category. Meanwhile, in the motorbike competition, Ahmed Al-Attar claimed victory in the cc1000 category, Muhammad Al-Abad triumphed in the cc1300 class, Muhammad Burashid excelled in the Extreme Bike category, and Sadiq Al-Tamimi clinched first place in the classic car category.

Dr. Falah Al-Mahwash, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Inspire Sports Club for cars and motorbikes, expressed his joy over the tournament's resounding success. He commended the positive engagement of all participants and shared his satisfaction with hosting the championship over two consecutive days. The event included a dedicated car inspection day, featuring various sporting, recreational, and awareness-raising events.

Dr. Al-Mahwash expressed hope for continued success in upcoming tournaments and extended gratitude to the General Sports Authority, ministries, and state institutions for their unwavering support. Hussein Al-Sheikh, head of the tournament's organizing committee, reported a seamless event with no protests from contestants. He highlighted the excitement and strength displayed throughout the competition, noting the establishment of world records. Muhammad Burashid set a new record with a speed of 336 km/h in the Extreme Bike category, while Ahmed Al-Attar recorded a remarkable 291.6 km/h in the cc1000 category.
