KUWAIT CITY, Feb 01: The Conductive Education School Kuwait (CESK) proudly presented a token of appreciation to the top management of Lulu Hypermarket. This gesture, led by Cisal Geo, Principal of CESK, acknowledges the invaluable opportunity provided to CESK students through the Retail Shop Visit Training and Development session.

CESK is a premier educational institution dedicated to supporting students with diverse abilities, ages 6 to 21. The school caters to students with conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, global developmental delay, and more. CESK employs a multidisciplinary approach to education, enhancing both academic and functional skills through various programs, including ASDAN.

ASDAN is an internationally recognized awarding organization that offers accredited programs and regulated certifications. These programs are designed to develop life and vocational skills for students, particularly those with special needs, enabling them to achieve both academic and professional success. The focus is on practical and educational training activities that help students acquire essential skills for daily life and work, such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving. The goal is to boost students' self-confidence and their ability to tackle everyday challenges.

The community's role in providing opportunities for students to gain practical experience is crucial. Many CESK students are engaged in ASDAN programs that develop vocational skills such as independent living, everyday living, money management, meal preparation, and cooking. Training in shopping and handling money has become an essential part of the program.

The Retail Shop Visit Training and Development session at Lulu Hypermarket offered students an excellent start to their training. The staff at Lulu, being well-oriented to the needs of the students, created a conducive environment for their training.
