One Tap Touch ID - ABK

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27: As part of ABK’s strategy to make banking ‘simpler’ for customers, the Bank today announced the latest upgrade to its Mobile Banking Application; the One Tap Touch ID Sign-in, which offers a higher level of security, speed and convenience to customers when using the ABK Mobile Banking Application. The new feature is now live and available to customers signing in with iPhones 5s and later editions. The Touch ID security system makes it easy for users to access their devices with the touch of a fi nger.

It is an optional replacement to the passcode, and is a much safer and more reliable method for keeping banking secure, since no two fi ngerprints are the same. Commenting on this latest development, Hassan Abouzeid -- AGM Retail Banking at ABK said: “The One Tap Touch ID Sign-In authentication technique is the fi rst of a series of planned upgrades to ABK’s mobile and online banking services. It offers customers a more convenient and secure way to log into their accounts when using the ABK Mobile Application and managing their fi nances digitally.

The ABK Mobile Banking application can be downloaded from the app store.
