Faisal Abu Al-Hassan

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: The International Aquatics Federation has appointed Faisal Abu Al-Hassan, a distinguished member of the Kuwaiti Federation, to its executive office's advisory committee. Comprising renowned experts, the committee aims to enhance and contribute to the development of the federation's six major competitions, as outlined in a statement released by the Kuwaiti Federation.

Abu Al-Hassan earned this role due to his extensive expertise across all facets of the federation's competitions, encompassing swimming, diving, water polo, artistic swimming (ballet), open water swimming, and high diving, as stated in the official announcement.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Abu Al-Hassan shared that he is now a proud member of the federation's advisory committee, led by Christopher Burton, the President of the American Aquatics Federation. He looks forward to actively participating in the refinement of regulations for the International Federation, as well as continental and national federations, with the overarching goal of benefiting all sports and athletes.

It's noteworthy that the International Aquatics Federation, under the leadership of Kuwaiti Hussein Al-Musallam, has been a pivotal organization since its founding in 1908. Recognized by the International Olympic Committee, it oversees the management of water sports competitions globally.
