KUWAIT CITY, Feb 24: Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) continues to play a pivotal role in promoting financial literacy and banking culture within the Kuwaiti society by actively supporting the ‘Let's Be Aware’ awareness campaign. Now in its fourth consecutive year, this campaign is a collaboration with the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Kuwait Banking Association.
ABK is harnessing all its resources to achieve the objectives of this initiative. By engaging with customers and the local community, ABK disseminates daily tips and valuable insights to enhance financial literacy. These are shared within its branches, digital platforms, and social media pages.
The Bank places great emphasis on encouraging customers to adopt the comprehensive digital solutions it offers. This initiative aims to ensure customers can conduct their banking and financial transactions with the highest security standards. ABK also provides numerous instructional videos detailing the use of new digital services, as part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing customers' banking knowledge. This education helps customers understand the methods and benefits of these banking solutions, aligned with technological advancements.
ABK's digital services encompass a wide range of functionalities, including account opening, data updating, loan and bank card applications, customer service contact, and account statement requests. These services are continuously introduced as part of ABK’s digital transformation plan.
This digital content supports financial inclusion in the community, which stands as one of the most important and prominent goals of the ‘Let's Be Aware’ banking awareness campaign.
