KUWAIT CITY, Sept 25: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) proudly announces the launch of its innovative talent development program, ‘Al Nokhba,’ a one-year transformative journey designed to nurture the next generation of strategic leaders. This program aims to equip Kuwaiti middle management professionals from various divisions and backgrounds with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their current roles and prepare them for future leadership opportunities within the Bank.

Aligned with ABK’s human capital strategy, Al Nokhba is tailored to enhance the contributions of middle managers, strengthening their impact on the bank's long-term success. "Middle managers play a crucial role as they link strategy development and implementation through their teams, turning organizational plans into daily operations, driving business success," said Afrah Al Arbash, General Manager of Human Resources at ABK. "Their leadership and planning contribute to the Bank’s excellence, leading to higher levels of overall success for the organization."

The Al Nokhba curriculum is crafted to address current industry trends and align with ABK’s strategic goals, focusing on crucial areas, such as leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and financial risk management. Participants will delve into pressing topics like ESG, digital transformation, and financial technology, gaining the tools needed to navigate today’s complex corporate landscape.
