KUWAIT CITY, Oct 02: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) is proud to announce that it has won six prestigious awards from Global Finance, solidifying its position as a leader in the banking sector. The awards include: Best Consumer Digital Bank in Kuwait; Best Consumer Digital Bank in the Middle East; Best Mobile Banking Adaptive Site in Kuwait; Best in Transformation in Kuwait; Best User Experience (UX) Design in Kuwait; and Best User Experience (UX) Design in the Middle East.
These accolades enhance ABK's record of achievements and demonstrate the effectiveness of its digital transformation strategy, aimed at creating a seamless customer experience across all channels. The awards are a testament to the Bank's commitment to innovation, performance improvement, and implementation of state-of-the-art digital services.
The award ceremony took place in London, attended by Ahmad AlDuwaisan, Acting CEO-Kuwait; Abdulaziz Jawad, Chief Strategy Officer; Khalil Al-Qattan, General Manager of Digital Transformation and Innovation; and Sager Albenali, Chief Communications Officer. The event brought together banking professionals from around the globe to celebrate achievements in the industry.
