KUWAIT CITY Oct 14,: Kuwait Equestrian Club's rider, Ghazi Al-Jariwi, clinched the prestigious title at the Kuwait Equestrian Center Show Jumping Championship. The event took place at the Center's Subhan track, just two days ago. Al-Jariwi secured first place in the fifth main round, scaling impressive heights of 130 cm in just 80.35 seconds, without incurring any penalty points. He also captured second place with a time of 85.20 seconds. Shaker Al-Kazemi, an accomplished rider, claimed the third position, while Fawaz Rashid took fourth place.

During the fourth round, Hamad Al-Hajri, a skillful jockey, emerged as the victor in the 120 cm category. In the third round, at a height of 110 cm, jockey Fawaz Al-Ghunaiman showcased his prowess and secured the top position. The beginner category, featuring heights of 70 cm and 90 cm, saw numerous riders participating in fiercely competitive rounds, indicating a promising future for Kuwaiti equestrian sports in the times ahead.

The tournament's refereeing committee, led by Nadhar Al-Mustafa, included members Lama Abdel-Aal, Tala Barakat, and Anna Choprinova. Walid Al-Jassim, the technical director of the Kuwait Equestrian Federation and a member of the Asian Federation, had the honor of recognizing and celebrating the victorious riders.
