Yousef Al-Kandari

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27: Yousef Al-Kandari, a member of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Al-Qurain Cooperative Society, has proposed a new initiative for sports clubs to engage with specialized academies in order to enhance the skill levels, particularly in football. This move aims to provide clubs with players who are well-prepared both physically and tactically, deviating from the traditional approach of relying solely on in-house training.

According to Al-Kandari, this strategy offers several advantages to clubs, including a reduction in financial expenses and administrative burdens related to pensions, coaching staff, administrators, and various equipment. Furthermore, he emphasized that the specialization approach would contribute to elevating the overall caliber and proficiency of players, aligning with the practices adopted by major sports clubs worldwide.
