KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: In the 35th Arab Club Basketball Championship held in Doha, the Kuwaiti team, Al-Kuwait, defeated its Palestinian counterpart, Al-Bureij Services, on Thursday, with a score of 107 to 84. Jaafar Hussein, the Kuwait Club team supervisor, stated that the team achieved a great victory against Al-Bureij Services, as it was able to control the match and present a high technical level. He added that the team players in this match seemed to have greater harmony and understanding, noting that the difference in the score indicates the players’ desire to continue playing strongly and maintain the title.

In the rest of the matches, the Egyptian “Al-Ittihad of Alexandria” defeated the Qatari “Al-Ahly” with a score of 127 to 52, the Lebanese “Dynamo” defeated the Omani “Al-Seeb” with a score of 96 to 68, the Moroccan Majd Tangiers won over the Libyan Al-Ittihad (72 to 68), the Lebanese Beirut defeated the Iraqi Tigris League (98 to 79), and the Moroccan Salé defeated the Saudi Al-Fateh (90 to 80).
