ABU DHABI, Sept 17: The Kuwaiti Al Oyoun team secured second place in the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Women's Volleyball Cup after falling to the Lebanese Al Qalamoun team in the final match, held at the Academy's stadium in Abu Dhabi. Al Qalamoun dominated the match, winning in straight sets (25-19, 25-22, 25-16), while Al Oyoun put up an honorable performance throughout the tournament, showcasing impressive skills and determination, earning praise from the fans.

In the third-place playoff, the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy team clinched victory, defeating Egypt's 6th of October team in a thrilling five-set match (22-25, 25-11, 25-22, 23-25, 15-10). The Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Women's Volleyball Cup began on September 12 at the Academy's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, featuring four teams: Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy, Al Oyoun Girls from Kuwait, the 6th of October team from Egypt, and Al Qalamoun from Lebanon.
