Al-Qadsiya and Burgan cruise to wins

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: Al-Qadsiya secured an effortless victory in the Federation Volleyball Championship, sweeping Al-Sulaibikhat 3-0 in their third-round match. Burgan triumphed over Al-Yarmouk with the same scoreline.

With this win, Al-Qadsiya and Burgan both advanced to 9 points from three consecutive victories, while Al-Sulaibikhat and Al-Yarmouk remain scoreless.

The round began last Thursday with Kazma earning a well-deserved 3-1 victory against Al-Arabi, while Kuwait Club defeated Al-Shabab 3-0.

The tournament follows a single-round league format, where the top four teams in the standings advance to the semi-finals. The first-place team will face the fourth-place team, and the second-place team will compete against the third, with the winners moving on to the championship final.
