Al-Qadsiya player returns a shot to Al-Arabi.

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16: The first volleyball team of Al-Qadsiya Club achieved a commanding 3-0 victory against Al-Arabi in a friendly match. This match was part of the teams' preparations for the upcoming 2024-2025 season, which kicks off in November with the Federation Championship. The "Yellow" squad also played a second friendly match against Burgan.

Dr. Hussein Al-Qabandi, a member of the Board of Directors and head of the volleyball department at Al-Qadsiya Club, expressed confidence in the team's readiness for the new season under the guidance of Bahraini coach Redha Ali. He emphasized their commitment to competing seriously in all tournaments. Al-Qabandi noted that four players—Ahmed Al-Munais, Ibrahim Mandeel, Rashid Anbar, and Fahd Al-Saad—were absent from daily training as they joined the first team preparing for the Arab Championship in Bahrain at the end of this month.

He also mentioned that the club's foreign professionals, Dutch player Ter Horst and Iranian Mohammad Reza Beyk, have been consistently participating in daily training sessions
