KUWAIT CITY, Sept 4: Al-Tadamon edged Al-Arabi 3-2 in a friendly match at Sabah Al-Salem Stadium. Both teams are utilizing the international break to prepare for the return of the Zain Premier League, with the fourth round set to begin on September 13. Al-Arabi has secured maximum points from the first three rounds, earning nine points and sharing the lead with Kuwait SC. Meanwhile, Al-Tadamon has managed only one point so far.

In other news, Algerian professional Imad Al-Din Boubaker parted ways with Al-Arabi after agreeing to terminate his contract. Boubaker, who signed with the club in January for a season and a half, failed to impress coach Nasser Al-Shatti and the technical staff. Meanwhile, Al-Arabi’s new Mauritanian signing, Abdullah Mahmoud, shared his excitement in a short video, expressing his happiness to join the team. Mahmoud promised to bring his best after his European experiences, aiming to make a positive impact on Mauritanian football. He also acknowledged Al-Arabi's significant popularity across the Arab world as a key reason for his decision to join the club.
