KUWAIT CITY, July 27, (KUNA):  Members of the Al-Tomooh Sport Club for the disabled, experienced euphoric moments on Friday with the onset of the Summer Olympics in Paris. The club members were entertained by watching the international sports event on a large screen.

They were accompanied by Assistant Foreign Minister for GCC Affairs, Ambassador Najib Al-Badr; Chairperson of Special Olympics Kuwait, Hanaa Al-Zawawi; Public Relations Director at the Public Authority for the Handicapped, Doha Khamis; General Director of the Human Building Society, Awatef Al-Salman; Chairperson of the Kuwait Society for Families of the Handicapped, Rehab Bouresli; and Honorary Chairperson of the Kuwait Club for the Handicapped, Sheikha Sheikha Al-Abdullah.

The estimated 150 members of the Al-Tomooh Club engage in various sports, including field and track, swimming, shooting, racing, horse riding, and other games.
