KUWAIT CITY, Nov 12: Today marks the conclusion of the Warba Bank League competitions for the secondary stage in the Jahra region, featuring the highly anticipated final match between Al-Waha High School and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Muhaini High School at Jahra Square. The competitions, which gathered 8 schools in a knockout system, have showcased intense competition, with the third-place match set between Youssef Al-Athbi and Sabah Al-Nasser High School. Ahmed Al-Dalmani, the director of physical education for the Jahra region, highlighted the fierce competition witnessed among the participating teams.

This competition is crucial for players aiming to secure a spot on the region’s national team roster, slated to compete in the final qualifiers for the Warba Bank League title. Al-Dalmani noted that the technical staff, led by Adel Saeed Al-Anzi and assisted by Khaled Shaman Al-Mutairi, closely monitored all matches to identify talented players who can represent the region effectively in the league.

Acknowledging the support from the General Directorate for Physical Education, headed by Walid Ayesh, and the Kuwait School Sports and Education Federation, led by Faisal Al-Maqseed, Al-Dalmani expressed satisfaction with the success of the educational regions league. He emphasized that the league has provided a valuable platform to assess and select the best players, offering them opportunities to showcase their skills and catch the attention of the national team’s technical staff.
