KUWAIT CITY, Aug 20: The Ministry of Interior's security forces were on high alert after receiving a report about a suspicious bag. According to a security source, the alert was triggered by a call from the Kuwait Municipality regarding a bag found on the sidewalk near a complex adjacent to the ministries building. The Bomb Squad of the Ministry of Interior was promptly notified and confirmed that the bag contained no explosives or dangerous materials. The bag was then handed over to the relevant police station to identify and locate its owner.
