KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: The Secretary-General of the Kuwaiti and Arab Shooting Federations and Director General of the His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Shooting Championship, Obaid Al-Osaimi, announced that the eagerly awaited Crown Prince Shooting Championship, featuring a large contingent of shooters from Kuwait, the Gulf, and other Arab countries, will kick off next Saturday.

On behalf of the President and members of the Kuwait Shooting Federation and Club, Al-Osaimi expressed gratitude to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled for his patronage of the championship, describing it as a major motivator for competitive excellence and honorable achievements for Kuwait.

Al-Osaimi added, “We are fully prepared for the start of this prestigious event, which honors the name of His Highness the Crown Prince. We are thrilled to welcome shooters from across the Arab world, all of whom have confirmed their participation.”

He highlighted that the championship will feature all Olympic shooting events for men and women, including shotgun (skeet and trap), air rifle and pistol events, and archery (compound and Olympic). Additionally, the Arab Shotgun Championships in skeet and trap will be organized alongside. Al-Osaimi also noted that the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Range Complex, the event’s venue, is fully prepared, with all organizing committees and state ministries working together to ensure a successful and memorable championship.
