Kuwait City, Dec 5: American International University (AIU) is pleased to announce its collaboration with Amideast to host a dynamic event entitled: “Future Pathways – Careers & Opportunities in the Private Sector.” Joined by senior leadership members of the HSBC Kuwait team, the event aligns with AIU’s mission to foster the development of future leaders and provide an authentic American educational experience in Kuwait.

AIU believes in offering its students exposure to diverse industries, and this event underscores the university’s commitment to enriching the educational journey for its students. By collaborating with Amideast to bring the HSBC team to campus, AIU aims to provide students with invaluable and exclusive insights into the dynamic world of banking and finance, along with prime networking opportunities.

Dr. Michael Pishko, President of AIU, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “AIU is excited to welcome HSBC Bank Middle East Limited – Kuwait CEO and other executives to campus. The event will feature a panel discussion moderated by Mr. Samer Alabed, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank Middle East Limited – Kuwait, along with senior speakers from HSBC, including Mr. Leith Ashkanani – Head of Regulatory Conduct, Mr. Bader Alsalem – Head of Global Markets, and Ms. Ruqaya Al Naqi – Head of Operations, Security Services. The panelists will share their career paths and achievements, shedding light on the benefits and diverse employment possibilities in HSBC and the private sector.
