Amiri Decree appoints Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem as new Minister of Defense

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4:  An Amiri Decree has been issued amending the appointment of Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, naming him as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. Additionally, the decree appointed Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah as the new Minister of Defense.
