KUWAIT CITY, Aug 14, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Tennis Federation, has announced the organization of the Arab Tennis Championship for junior categories, set to take place in Tunisia from August 16 to 24, with unprecedented and widespread participation. As the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Sheikh Al-Jaber revealed that over 120 male and female players from 10 Arab countries will be competing in this significant sporting event. He added that the Arab Federation, in collaboration with the Tunisian Tennis Federation, is fully prepared for the championship, which will be held at the Marsa Club courts in Tunis.

Sheikh Al-Jaber also noted that the tournament draw will be conducted on August 15, with technical committee members and representatives from each participating country. The competitions will be officiated by referees accredited by the host country and from the participating nations.

Expressing his delight with the high level of participation from Arab countries, Sheikh Al-Jaber emphasized that this reflects a new milestone for the Arab Tennis Federation. He highlighted the Federation’s efforts to encourage widespread participation by inviting all national federations to join this fraternal Arab event. He expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm and commitment to advancing tennis in the Arab world, particularly among juniors, who represent the future of the sport. Sheikh Al-Jaber wished success to all the teams participating in this event and remarked that all the elements for a successful tournament are in place, thanks to the strong cooperation between the Arab Federation and the member national federations.
