KUWAIT CITY, April 28: Editor-in-chief of Arab Times and Al- Seyassah newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah formally received Ambassador of the Republic of Peru to Kuwait Carlos Enrique Tomas Jiménez Gil at his main office in Dar Al-Seyassah Printing Press. This meeting was held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Kuwait and Peru. Discussions focused on the instrumental role of media outlets in fostering and reinforcing amicable relations between the two nations. The two parties deliberated on the significance of strengthening relations between Peru and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, as Peru aims to expand its global influence and bolster international economic stability through strategic alliances in the region. Ambassador Jiménez Gil expressed deep gratitude for the contributions of Arab Times and Al-Seyassah newspapers in supporting diplomatic efforts and enriching cultural exchange between Kuwait and Peru. He commended Al-Jarallah for his unwavering commitment to build collaborative bridges with the Embassy of Peru in Kuwait. Managing Editor of the Arab Times Marlon Aquino Malinao also attended the meeting.
