KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: The Editor-in-Chief of Arab Times and Al-Seyassah newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah received in his office at Al-Seyassah Press House the French Ambassador to Kuwait His Excellency Olivier Gauvin, who was accompanied by the Political and Press Advisor at the embassy David Abdelkader Corrihons, and the Press and Communication - Public Relations Officer Hayat Bennis.
