KUWAIT CITY, July 27: The Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of an Indian expat on charges of killing another person of the same nationality in the Farwaniya area. The incident involved the accused stabbing the victim multiple times with a knife. Initial investigations revealed that the altercation stemmed from the victim allegedly raping the accused, filming the assault, and then threatening to publish the video clip.
Authorities swiftly moved to the crime scene to conduct a thorough inspection and to question the deceased. The General Department of Criminal Investigation has been tasked with further investigation. The accused has been interrogated regarding the charges, and the investigation procedures are ongoing.
