KUWAIT CITY, Jul 25: An Egyptian expatriate reported discovering a body on a building roof in Farwaniya Governorate. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and identified the deceased as an Asian expatriate. An investigation has been launched, and three relatives of the deceased, who are considered suspects, have been detained. The body has been sent to forensic medicine for further examination.
