KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18:  In the 26th Asian Championship for Handball Champions League Clubs, Kuwait Club secured a victory against Al-Gharafa, its Qatari counterpart, with a score of (28-24). This marked Kuwait's debut appearance in the tournament, earning the team two crucial points on the path to championship glory. The team demonstrated control throughout the match, thwarting the efforts of the Qatari team seeking redemption from its previous round loss.

Additionally, Al-Qadisiya, serving as the tournament host, triumphed over its Lebanese rival, Shabab Sidon, with a score of (32-25) in its second match, a crucial rebound after the initial loss to Al-Sharjah, UAE, in the opening round.

The tournament also saw other notable victories, with Saudi Gulf securing its second victory against the Indian Golden Eagle with a commanding score of (48-20), and Al-Arabi of Qatar defeating Sai Al-Hindi with a convincing score of (46-20). The 26th Asian Handball Champions League Championship is being hosted by the Kuwaiti Al-Qadisiyah Club at the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex, spanning from the 17th to the 27th of November
