KUWAIT CITY, Jan 1: Information reveals that the operations room received a report about a collision involving a vehicle and an all-terrain vehicle (buggy) in the al-Sabiya desert. Subsequently, firefighting teams and paramedics were dispatched to the reported location. Upon reaching the scene, it was determined that the ATV driver had lost his life. The driver of the other vehicle, identified as a citizen, was apprehended and transported to the police station.
