KUWAIT CITY, March 28: The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Housing Affairs, Eng. Abdullatif Al-Mishari, conducted an inspection tour alongside a representative from the Ministry of Interior to investigate violations related to the encroachment on state property in the Al-Sulaibiya and Taima areas.
