KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality has confirmed that inspection teams from the General Cleaning and Road Occupations Departments in Jahra Governorate have intensified their fieldwork to ensure that authorized camping sites for the spring season 2024/2025 are free of obstacles. This preparation is in anticipation of receiving license applications from spring camp owners starting in mid-November.

Nawaf Al-Mutairi, Director of the General Cleaning and Road Occupations Department in Jahra Governorate, stated that field teams have conducted several inspections, resulting in the removal of 310 waste items and the collection of 10 carts in the Mutlaa and Subiya areas.

The municipality urges citizens planning to camp this year not to establish their camps before the official period, which runs from November 15 to March 15, 2025. It emphasized that inspection teams will promptly remove any camps set up prior to the designated dates and stressed the importance of adhering to the regulations and conditions for establishing spring camps.
