Barron Trump to follow father's legacy with new real estate business

NEW YORK, Jan 22: Barron Trump, 18, appears to be following in his father's footsteps as he prepares to launch a luxury real estate venture with two young business partners. The youngest son of President Donald Trump briefly incorporated a business called Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. last July in Wyoming. However, the company was dissolved just four months later after Donald Trump’s election win, according to a report by Newsweek.

The venture, which had Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach listed as its principal address, is reportedly set to relaunch in spring 2025. Barron’s co-founder, Cameron Roxburgh, explained that the company was paused to avoid media attention surrounding the election, but the focus will be on high-end real estate projects, including golf courses and properties in states like Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

When reached for comment, Roxburgh — a high school classmate of Barron — told The Post that they were "working out logistics" and "might relaunch" in the spring. The Post has also contacted Barron’s representatives for comment.

The team includes luxury real estate expert Carter Fulcher, whose family runs a well-known real estate firm in Idaho. Fulcher has political connections, with his cousin being Congressman Russ Fulcher, although Roxburgh clarified that the lawmaker is not involved in the project.

Although the venture is independent, Roxburgh revealed that President Trump has offered his son "private advice" about the business. However, there has been no financial backing from the Trump Organization at this time, according to Roxburgh in Newsweek. The trio hopes that their company could one day operate as a subsidiary of Trump’s global empire.

Donald Trump, who built his brand on luxury properties and resorts, has already passed down his real estate legacy to his older children, Don Jr. and Eric, who ran the Trump Organization during his presidency. Ivanka Trump, meanwhile, served in her father’s administration before moving on to other ventures.

Barron, who has largely stayed out of the public eye during his father’s political career, was reportedly instrumental in President Trump’s 2024 campaign strategy. Melania Trump told Fox News that her son helped his father with key connections, noting he was “very vocal… he brought in so many young people.”

Senior Trump advisor Jason Miller also praised Barron’s contributions, saying the teenager recommended important podcast appearances for his father, including Joe Rogan, Theo Von, and Logan Paul. “Hats off to the young man,” Miller told Sky News, adding, “Every single recommendation he’s had has turned out to be absolute ratings gold.”

Currently a freshman at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron is balancing his college life with his ambitions in real estate. It remains unclear if he will continue his studies at NYU. His mother, Melania Trump, has acknowledged the challenges of living under public scrutiny. "I don’t think it’s possible for him to be a normal student," she said in a December interview with Fox News, adding that she told Barron, "This is your road, this is your life."
