KUWAIT CITY, July 17: A Kuwaiti citizen has filed a complaint accusing an unidentified bedoun of defrauding him in a car trading project, involving a sum of 100,000 dinars. He has provided evidence showing that the defendant had received two payments. According to a security source, the citizen, born in 1986, stated that he transferred 81,500 dinars to the defendant via bank transfer on Oct 3, 2022 and handed over 18,500 dinars in cash at his home on Sept 15, 2022. The Kuwaiti claimed that the funds were intended for buying and selling cars but later discovered it was a fraudulent scheme.
