KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: An arrest order has been issued for a Bedoun resident who deceived a car owner by requesting for a test drive and then fled with the vehicle. A 1967-born Kuwaiti citizen lodged a complaint at Kaifan Police Station against a 1990-born Bedoun resident, explaining that he had handed over his 2000-model graycolored Nissan Pathfinder to the accused for a test drive after he expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. He gave a down payment of KD 100 and promised to pay the remaining KD 600 after the transfer of ownership. However, instead of returning the car, the suspect fled with it.
