KUWAIT CITY, April 12: In a unique cultural evening, the French Embassy in Kuwait and the Council for the Promotion of Francophonie will launch the 2025 Francophonie Month with an exceptional concert by renowned Belgian pianist Olivier de Spiegeleir on Sunday, April 13th at 7:00 PM, at Dar Al Athar Al Islamiyyah – Yarmouk Cultural Centre. Admission is free. This concert marks the beginning of a rich and diverse program running from April 13th to 30th, celebrating the cultural and linguistic diversity of the Francophone world through music, theatre, film, and thought-provoking discussions. Highlights include roundtables, theatrical performances inspired by Arab heritage, literary evenings, and interactive workshops for all ages. These events reflect the vitality of Francophonie in Kuwait and the strong cultural ties between French-speaking nations and the Arab world.
