Worshippers seeking Allah’s forgiveness, mercy and pardon at the Bilal bin Rabah Mosque in Al-Siddiq.

KUWAIT CITY, March 20: His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf, accompanied by Sheikh Mubarak Al-Faisal Al-Sabah, inspected the preparations of Bilal bin Rabah Mosque in Al-Siddiq suburb to receive worshipers during the last 10 days of the holy month of Ramadan for Qiyam prayers, reports Al- Seyassah daily. Since the beginning of the holy month, amidst an inspiring spiritual and religious atmosphere; Bilal bin Rabah Mosque has been adorned -- as is its annual custom -- to welcome worshippers seeking Allah’s forgiveness, mercy and pardon.

The mosque has become a destination for tens of thousands of worshipers of all ages -- both men and women -- to commemorate the nights of the holy month of Ramadan, from the first night until the last 10 days of the holy month. During the tour, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf inspected the mosque’s corridors, all its facilities, prayer areas, and courtyards. This tour is part of his ongoing visits to the mosques. His Highness also checked the mosque’s main courtyard, the large prayer rooms in the basement for men, the women’s prayer rooms, and various units spread throughout the mosque’s courtyards and dedicated prayer areas for worshipers. He ensured that the prayer rooms were ready to receive a large number of worshipers and ensured the appropriate atmosphere is created for the easy and comfortable performance of Ramadan rituals and prayers during these blessed nights. He also looked into the parking facilities, which feature electric golf cars to transport worshipers from the parking lot to the mosque and back, in addition to the services for the elderly and others. He commended the organizing committee and instructed them to exert more effort, pay attention to all details, and remove any obstacles to provide a conducive atmosphere and maximum comfort for worshipers; especially the elderly, women, and people of determination. He expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in this Ramadan gathering and highly valued the tireless efforts and good endeavors that infuse the mosque with a spiritual atmosphere and inspire peace and tranquility; making it a destination for the majority of worshipers during the holy month.
