KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: The Ministry of Health reported that over 58 percent of acute respiratory infections in adults this season were caused by the influenza virus, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The ministry emphasized that winter is still ongoing and preventive measures remain effective, urging the public to “Protect yourself and your loved ones. Get the influenza vaccine today — your health starts with you.” The ministry also highlighted that the vaccine is readily available across all governorates at preventive health centers.
