KUWAIT CITY, Sep 25: Firefighting teams successfully brought under control a fire that broke out in several carpet and sponge shops in the Jahra Industrial Area on Wednesday afternoon. The fire was swiftly contained and extinguished, with no injuries reported.
The operation was supervised by Major General Khaled Abdullah Fahd, acting head of the General Fire Force, along with Brigadier General Ahmed Haif Hamoud, Deputy Head of the Firefighting Sector, both of whom were present at the scene.
