KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6: Al-Wafra police detectives raided a local liquor factory run by 3 expatriates in the Al-Wafra residential area and confiscated liquor ready for sale and also barrels filled with raw material. During the investigation, the three detainees confessed to manufacturing local alcohol and charging 10 dinars for each bottle for delivery service, reports Al-Anba daily.
