The British Ambassador to Kuwait, Belinda Lewis
KUWAIT CITY, March 27: Her Excellency, Belinda Lewis, the British Ambassador to Kuwait, conveyed her warm greetings to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, His Highness the Prime Minister, and the Government and people of Kuwait on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
"I would like to extend my warmest wishes to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, His Highness the Prime Minister and the Government and people of Kuwait as we celebrate Eid Al-Fitr.
Reflecting on the Holy Month of Ramadan, my team at the British Embassy and I have thoroughly enjoyed immersing ourselves in Kuwait's rich traditions and developing further the people-to-people links that underpin the unique partnership between our two countries. We are, as ever, profoundly grateful to the wonderful hosts who have welcomed us to their iftars, ghabgas and diwaniyas with typically generous hospitality.
