LOS ANGELES, March 13: Britney Spears appears to have rekindled her bond with her son Jayden, and it seems that he’s already following in her musical footsteps.

On Monday, March 10, the 43-year-old singer shared two videos on her Instagram, showing the special time spent with her 18-year-old son Jayden at her home. In one of the clips, Spears can be heard praising Jayden after he played the piano for her, panning the camera to reveal her teenage son, who is wearing a white T-shirt, sunglasses, and a beanie while moving around as his mom cheers him on.

"That was really good! My son just played, oh my God!" Spears says excitedly. "I felt it in my bones and my heart and my lungs and my ass and my throat and I'm scared."

She then shifts the camera to show the piano and her son, writing in the caption, “He’s a genius and I’m in awe of him!!! I can’t believe he’s mine!!! I was honestly scared that’s not normal!!!”

In a second video, Jayden sits on a bench playing the piano while Spears walks behind him. "That's sick," she says with amazement. "Jesus. That's sick."

"WOW WOW WOW!!!" the proud mom writes in the caption.

Spears shares Jayden and his older brother, Sean Preston, 19, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, 46.

Earlier in January, Spears gave a glimpse into her winter holiday with Jayden by her side. The younger of her two sons could be seen opening a box to reveal a long-sleeved button-down shirt. “Nice, nice. Oh, that is nice,” Spears says as Jayden shows her the shirt. “Wow, that’s really nice.”

“Thank you, Mom,” Jayden replies.

In the caption, Spears shared a message celebrating motherhood: “Mamas deserve waaay more respect than they get these days!!!”

Sources had previously told People that Jayden had reunited with his mom in November when he visited her at her Los Angeles home after she had moved to Hawaii in 2023 with his father.

Jayden and his brother Sean Preston had relocated to Hawaii with their father in 2023, a move that Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told People Spears had “consented” to beforehand. “Britney has always faithfully supported her children and wants them to be happy,” an insider had previously shared.

Following the reunion during the holidays, Spears shared some heartfelt moments with Jayden, posting photos of him on Instagram and writing in the caption, “Jayden’s mine forever.”

“It’s weird we’re like twins but he’s a boy and I’m a girl,” she added in the post's caption. “He’s mine. I hadn’t seen him in 2 and a half years or maybe 3!!! I’m in shock!!!”
