KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: Burgan Bank launched the second round of the Investment and Wealth Management Academy; a program dedicated to fostering an environment of continued learning which is held in collaboration with global professional education and training leader Fitch Learning. The three-week intensive program is designed to help staff from across key departments acquire the latest tools and knowledge, enabling them to remain competitive and deliver an outstanding service to Burgan’s Private Banking and Wealth Management clients. This comes as part of Burgan Bank’s dedicated human capital development strategy and commitment to advancing Kuwait’s professional talents.

Sixteen promising employees from Private Banking, Retail Banking, Risk Management, and Operations were selected to attend the Academy’s three-week program, which focuses on advanced investment and wealth management strategies and is designed in accordance with the international market’s standards. The program aims to help the participants acquire the knowledge and develop the skills required to obtain the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment – London (CISI) certification and prepare for the International Introduction to Securities and Investment (IISI) exam.
