KUWAIT CITY, Nov 16: The Kuwait Municipality stated that more than 700 licenses for camping sites were issued on the first day of reservations.
In a press statement on Saturday, the municipality confirmed that it will continue to accept reservation requests and issue temporary licenses for the official four-month camping season. Applications can be submitted through the municipality's official website or the government app Sahel.
To promote awareness, the municipality has launched a media campaign titled "Your Camping is Better with Your License", aimed at educating individuals and institutions about the guidelines for reserving camping sites during the spring season. The reservation period, which began at midnight on Friday, will run until March 15.
