KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: The General Department of Security Media has reported that a Kuwaiti citizen left Kuwait International Airport after refusing to complete the mandatory biometric fingerprint procedures required to enter the country.
According to the department, the citizen chose to depart of his own accord, disregarding the government's established procedures, which mandate the completion of biometric fingerprinting upon arrival.
