KUWAIT CITY, Dec 11: The Civil Service Commission has declared a holiday for all ministries, agencies, institutions, and government entities on Sunday, December 31, designating it as a day of rest. Additionally, Monday, January 1, 2024, has been officially declared a public holiday. Normal work activities are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, January 2.
