KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: The Civil Service Commission confirmed that the integrated civil service information system has been non-operational since Tuesday, January 14, due to a technical malfunction affecting its connection with the “My Kuwait Identity” application.
The disruption has resulted in the suspension of all transactions. The Bureau stated that efforts are currently underway in coordination with the Public Authority for Civil Information to resolve the issue.
In a statement, the CSC assured that the relevant authorities are working diligently to rectify the problem by enhancing the existing systems and boosting their capacity to handle the rising volume of authentication requests.
