KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: The Criminal Court, under the leadership of Counselor Nasser Al-Badr, has acquitted a defendant of charges related to the premeditated slaughter and killing of his friend in the Saad Al-Abdullah area. The court's decision followed a defense argument presented by Lawyer Hussein Al-Khashawi, who challenged the evidence against the defendant.

Al-Khashawi questioned the validity of the evidence, arguing that it lacked the necessary legal foundation to substantiate the crime attributed to the defendant. The defense maintained that the elements of the alleged crime were not present, and the evidence provided was insufficient to prove the defendant's guilt.
